一、集運運費如何支付？

支付方式可銀行轉賬、支付寶預付、充值便利錢扣費以及到付。大型家私，玻璃製品及貴重物品，運費超過1000HKD，要先預付運費！

二、點充值便利錢？

便利錢系網站的預存資金可以用於購物同扣運費，便利錢只可用於kkebuy網站。通過香港公司將你要充值的資金匯到我公司賬戶之後財務再充值到你的賬戶。

（根據你充值的金額扣取相對的手續費用。便利錢通過24小時再到賬）

三、可以集運多少件貨？

一次最多能集運20件（一個單號為一件）每超過20件要另加多一個首重費用。

四、有無重量尺寸限制？

如單件貨物（即一個運單號碼的貨物）住宅区单件重量是40KG，长度是150CM內，工商区單件重量是70KG，長度是180CM內

若超長或者超重，則加收110HKD,若超長又超重，則加收220HKD。

五、如何計算重量

重量計算，要看實際重量及體積重量對比，計費重量:泡重和實重取大值

泡貨計算方式:長*寬*高÷6000

六、安排出貨以後貨品幾時可以收到？

一般無查關無特殊情況下都系今發后至的。自取點時間為4-5個工作日。

七、發車時間

每天的下午四點準時發車，下午兩點前的訂單當天會發車，客戶可提前下單！

下午兩點後的訂單盡量打包出貨，但不確保一定可以發出。請各會員合理安排合並下訂單的時間

八、自動入庫

為方便，大陸倉庫小貨采用自動入庫，自動入庫需要在收貨地址上清晰填寫會員號，並且重量在2KG以下的貨物才能自動入庫。

大件貨物，沒法自動入庫，需要會員到貨品認領去進行認領。

自動入庫是電腦識別會員號，有機會會識別錯誤，如果發現自己的快遞單號已被認領，可通過聯繫客服處理！

九、點解我認領咗20件以上的運單號碼貨品認領下面只顯示20件？

如你認領20件以上貨品（即系25或者30件貨品）要按下面每頁顯示數量，20、50或者100的顯示記錄。

十、如何選擇自取點?

因除了荔枝角總部可做到付，其它的合作點不可做到付！

所以：要先選擇合作點：預付---預約自取---選擇自取點---確認送出

十一、今天發貨幾時可以到香港？

一般第二天就会到港，（如无查车，查关或者特殊情况下），节假日除外。

十二 最多可以放在集運地點即深圳倉庫多少天?

最多可以放在深圳倉保留90天,超出90天，系統會自動清理，不能集運！過期物品本公司會把貨物扔掉而不作另行通知，不做任何賠償！

3. How many pieces of goods can be consolidated?

4. Is there a weight limit?

If a single piece of goods (that is, goods with a waybill number) exceeds 40KG, an additional 220HKD will be charged, and an additional 220HKD will be charged for an industrial and commercial area exceeding 70KG. The cost of special car delivery.

5. Is there a volume limit?

For goods with a length of 180cm to be delivered to the industrial and commercial area, an extra-long delivery fee of 220HKD will be added.For goods with a length of more than 150cm to be delivered to the residential area, a cart fee of 220HKD will be charged.If the physical weight of the goods is too small and the outer packaging is large, the volume weight is calculated by dividing the length * width * height of the product by 6000! 6. When will the goods be received after the shipment is arranged?

7. When is the latest order to be shipped?
